Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss, born in Decatur in Illinois on July 23, 1971, is a well-known and well-off Country Singer. LeAnn Kymes and Alison Krauss were two of the youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss is an American singer-songwriter and bluegrass country musician. Her birth date was the 23rd of July 1971. Her career in music began in the early years, winning local contests by the age of 10 before recording for the first time when she was 14 years old. She signed to Rounder Records in 1985 and released her first solo album in 1987. After that, she was asked to be a part of Alison Krauss Union Station, her current band that she sings together. Her debut album together as a group came out in 1989.
